产品介绍	m-PEG8-Amine 是一种可降解 (cleavable) 的 ADC linker，用于抗体偶联活性分子 (ADCs) 的合成。
生物活性	m-PEG8-Amine is a cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs).
体外研究	ADCs are comprised of an antibody to which is attached an ADC cytotoxin through an ADC linker. PROTACs contain two different ligands connected by a linker; one is a ligand for an E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other is for the target protein. PROTACs exploit the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade target proteins. 西域 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
