Vorsetuzumab (Anti-Human CD70 Recombinant Antibody) is a human anti-CD70 antibody. Vorsetuzumab enhances macrophage-related phagocytosis of renal carcinoma cells, shows inhibitory efficacy against Burkitt’s lymphoma.

Vorsetuzumab (10 μg/mL; 2 h) augments macrophage-dependent phagocytosis of renal carcinoma cells in vitro.
Vorsetuzumab (10 μg/mL; 2 h) can be developed into bispecific anti-human CD70/KWAR23 antibody, results KWAR23 moderately induced macrophage phagocytosis of four renal carcinoma cell lines (RCC4, RCC10, TK10, and Caki-1).
