稳定性

常温常压下稳定,避免强氧化剂。难溶于水(20℃时0.3g/100ml水),溶于酸、铵盐、硫代硫酸钠和甘油。与水混合后形成塑性易浇砌浆体,隔一定时间后硬化成坚固石状体,并伴有微量的体积膨胀及放热。属于气硬性建筑胶凝物质。分α型和β型两种,α型俗称高强度建筑石膏,β型俗称熟石膏或烧石膏。工作中应保护呼吸器官,穿工作服、戴防护眼镜。遵守个人防护措施,工作场所应注意防尘和除尘。

储存条件

置于阴凉、干燥的库房中。应防止受潮和雨淋,以避免结块变质。
