在平均0.64 mg DHPT/L的条件下,脱氢硫基对甲苯胺(4 h)可诱导小鼠流涎、抓挠和咀嚼运动、流泪、零星束发、快速呼吸和轻微体重减轻。在平均2.41 mg DHPT/L的条件下,脱氢硫基对甲苯胺(4小时)诱导小鼠散发性鼻腔分泌物和嗜睡。与对照组相比,去氢硫代对甲苯胺(5天每天6小时,然后休息两天,然后再暴露5天;0.6 mg DHPT/L)降低了红细胞计数、血红蛋白水平和淋巴细胞的相对数量,排出了大量浓度较低的尿液,在第十次暴露后,产生以肝细胞过度营养和胆管上皮细胞增殖为特征的肝脏变化,并导致胸腺坏死和淋巴细胞耗竭。
